Top Sheet Dispenser description

Top sheet dispenser is placed in the process area of pallet wrapping machine. The load enters the process area, a sheet is pulled from the supply roll and is placed on the top of the load. At this point, as the placer arms are raised, begins its wrap cycle at slow speed until the top sheet is fully wrapped, then the high speed mode is activated until the entire load is wrapped.

Top Sheet Dispenser Main features:

1. The top sheet unit features auto height sensing device, dual chain driven vertical motion, lack of top sheet alarm light. It has manual moving modes for the vertical and horizontal movements.
2. The unit comes with its own controls and includes input and output dry contacts to communicate with the existing conveyor or wrapper system.
